"Terrible platform in every possible aspect."
This platform is just awful, with a bunch of issues and mistakes. Our vendors send POs that all have different needs for uploading invoices, and they aren't trained properly to do it right, leading to a ton of errors before things get fixed. Being forced to use this system for invoice uploads is causing extra labor costs for the client and payment delays. I wouldn't suggest it, and if a vendor tells you to use it, you should definitely add that cost to your services.

"Appalling portal in every way possible."
Appalling portal, multiple problems and errors, our suppliers submit PO all with differing requirements to upload invoices, the suppliers are not trained to raise correctly resulting in numerous errors before rectified. Having to use the portal to upload invoices is resulting in labor times costs to the client and delayed payment issues. Do not recommend and if a supplier ask you to use add cost to your services.

"Most frustrating software I've encountered"
This is the most frustrating software I've encountered. It hardly functions and leads to massive delays in payments, often over 100 days, which ends up costing clients a lot in fees.

"Way too much hassle for basic stuff like..."
It's just way too much hassle for basic stuff like sending in invoices. The setup is awful and super unfriendly for users. I really can't figure out why my client sticks with this junk. Other clients have way easier and more straightforward systems.

Too much effort to do simple tasks like submitting invoices. Terrible and very non-user friendly setup, don't know why my client uses this rubbish. Other clients have much simpler and straight forward systems.

"Terrible portal functionality"
I can't even get to my invoices for payment since the invoice table is missing. This occurs repeatedly, and it feels like they’re making it tough for clients to settle up with their suppliers. The performance of the portal is just not okay. For a company worth billions, Ariba's performance—or the serious lack of it—is truly shameful.

"Horrible portal performance"
Cannot even access invoices to be paid as invoice table is unavailable. This happens multiple times and it seems they don't want their clients to have to pay their suppliers. Portal performance is absolutely unacceptable. For a multi-billion company Ariba's performance, or serious lack thereof, is an absolute embarrassment.

Basic functions such as 'reset password' just don’t function. They lack phone support, and their Help center is pretty useless. No chat, no phone line, no email to reach out to them...

"Totally a waste of time and effort..."
I totally think it's a waste of time and energy. It's been over 6 months, and we're still waiting on payment from our customer. The communication we've had doesn't suggest anything good is coming.

"No positives to mention - total amateur show"
I can't say anything nice about this company. Their system is truly a joke. It never functions properly, moving at a pace that’s slower than molasses, they keep altering the interface and somehow making it worse, their UI is a total mess and the user experience seems crafted to frustrate. The language they use is shockingly unprofessional, they come off as incredibly rude, and their customer service is so poor it’s nearly laughable. I really don’t get why any businesses would choose to work with them. If you’re thinking about giving these jokers a shot, do yourself a favor and think twice for the sake of your clients or coworkers. They rank among the most incompetent and useless companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
